Basic Support table uses a air suspension mechanism, but is only supported up 20 lbs. Most monitors now-a-days weigh around 20 lbs or heavier (so not so ideal for dual monitors).
One strength of this sit to stand desk converter is its height adjustability. Most stand up desks can only adjust on certain intervals.
